Rachel Reuter is the President of R.M. Reuter, P.C.  She has a BA from the
University of Texas at Austin and a JD from St. Mary’s University School of Law
in San Antonio, Texas.  

On November 7th 1997, Ms. Reuter was admitted to practice law before all Texas
Courts and on April 30th 1998 she was admitted to practice law before the
United States District Court for the Western District of Texas.  In May of 2001,
Ms. Reuter was admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals
for the 5th Circuit.

Ms. Reuter began practicing as an associate for a litigation-intense firm, where
she represented both Plaintiffs and Defendants before State and Federal
Courts.  She has tried numerous lawsuits dealing with family law,  contract
disputes,  defamation, negligent hiring, negligent entrustment, intellectual
property rights, DTPA claims,  personal injury and premises liability.  

Ms. Reuter left San Antonio for a few years and lived in in Washington DC  
where she was a consultant for a government contracting firm.  While in DC,
she drafted all forms of government contracts under the Federal Acquisition
Regulation (FAR) including, but not limited to, General Services Administration
(GSA) solicitations.  

Ms. Reuter is a member of the following professional organizations: State Bar
Family Law Section,  
San Antonio Bar Association, SABA Family Law Section,   
Bexar County Women's Bar Association and the San Antonio Women’s
Chamber of Commerce.
